We offer varieties that not only produces edible roots up to 3" but edible greens (tops). Beets are hardy biennials that can tolerate light frosts and freezes. Each beet seed produces more than one plant and thinning will result in larger, more uniform roots. For continuous harvest, plant every 2-3 weeks.
